The smell was very smelly, messy, dirty, and there were cockroaches in the room. The first minute I entered the room, the second minute I contacted customer service and asked to move the room immediately. Since I booked online for 2 days, they didn't have the money and deposit yet. Return it to me.

There was trash left in the room, tub was dirty .. there was dog poop all over the parking lot. The hotel hallways smelled so bad

There were people/guests smoking at the entranceway. The carpet in the room smelt like mildew. The kitchen faucet was broken and didn't work. There was dust and mildew on the bathroom ceiling. The tub was peiling. There was noise all night from other guests. There was bugs in the room. Checked out as soon as the sun rose.

The staff were friendly enough however our room was in disrepair. There were moldings missing in the bathroom around the toilet, the cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom were falling off the hinges, the bathtub had permanent stains in it, the room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke and someones animal had used the bathroom in the hallway, which was there when I went to my room that evening and when we checked out the next morning.
