Please do not stay here. People were walking the hallway and talking loud all night long. There were roaches everywhere and the room was falling apart. Its a waste of money. And the lady at the front desk was rude and displayed just how much she didnt want to be there. I will NEVER stay here again

To be completely honest I hardly ever complain and am willing to be adaptable and reasonable with nearly any circumstance, but this property is a tragedy. Upon entering the property for the first time to check in, my family and I were greeted with a very poor smell in the lobby (dirty carpets and poor ventilation) as well as very limited staff. The bedding had "gross" stains on the sheets . The hallways smelled like a dirty restaurant kitchen. I woke extra early to I could end my stay after one night.

I had a booking for 2 queen beds in advance for 5 nights. When I went to the property the front desk staff said that the room I booked isn't available so he gave me another room. Before I check-in into that room, I insisted to see the room first. When I went into the room, there was only one bed and the bed wasn't made after previous guest checked out and bathroom and kitchen is all used and dirty. DO NOT BOOK HERE! This hotel is not as advertised. on first arrival it shingles are falling off the roof, there is trash every where in the parking lot and in the lobbies and halls. The only trash cans were in a “trash room” somewhere. so people just left their trash wherever. the place reeked of marijuana and it made its way into our room through the vents. First room. The bed skirt was off kilter so went to fix it, lifted mattress and underneath was crumbled food...crackers..chips.. and what appeared to be a small turd. Carpet was very dirty and smelled as well as the entire hallway and as soon as you entered the hotel. bathroom.. kitchen area terrible. Second room. The property was really dirty, roaches in the room, heavy weed smell, the AC unit was not working properly and I was unable to contact any staff member at night to get it fixed. This place is not suitable for families. The breakfast is not a breakfast, just coffee and some muffins…
