The room was gross and there was something wet on the floor. I would not go back.

Worst "stay" ever!!!! There was no stay. I was denied a room and then charged as a no show by the property plus Hotels.com charged me again to try to rebook me which failed massively as well. I had the pleasure of driving to and from Orlando in one day and being charged by multiple entities for it!!!!

Checked in late, took forever to find the front desk person. Hotel description said king bed with sofa bed, there was no sofa bed. No breakfast either. Got big bug bite within ten minutes of laying in bed. We were desperate this time but will try to avoid it again at all costs.

After driving at night for 4 hours in a heavy rain, the guy at the front desk, at 11:00 pm just told that Expedia made a mistake and there was no rooms available. I took another 2 hours to find another hotel in Orlando (for almost 600 dollars for 2 nights) and went to sleep almost 3 in the morning. I don't want anything for free but I hope Expedia get back to me to refund me the the rate differences, AT LEAST !

When I went to check in I was told that Expedia often overbooks their property, so I was lucky to get a room, but didn't get the King I paid for. They are an extended stay but there was literally nothing in the room. There were empty ice cube trays, but no ice to be had in the hotel. I had to ask for a coffee maker, coffee, and coffee cup, in the morning I realized I didn't have the filter. There were no garbage cans in the room or bathroom.
