The worst stay ! This hotel was the worst ! I reached out to corporate in regards to my stay. The bathroom was the worst. I did not feel comfortable for my little ones to even use the bathroom. The shower handle came off and even flooded. The room had a bad odor and the carpet looked gross. Still waiting to here back in regards to a refund. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pecimo servicio para mi yo ordene area de no fumar y todo olia a cigarro ,ordene dos camas matrimoniales y eran individuales cuando llegue mi cuarto estaba abierto entre y alos 2 min ya me estaban tocando ka puerta supuestamente para limpiar alos 5 minutos trayaron de abrir la puerta me senti muy insegura descanse un par de oras mejir lo deje

In the middle of nowhere, sink of bathroom was clogged, day later the toilet had the same problem. They did offer a roomchange without having to ask for it. Nothing to do inside hotel or in neighbourhood.

VERY DISAPPOINTED The room had no wash cloths nor a bath mat. There were no disposable cups in the room. Bath room plug did not work.

Had the basic things I needed and a short walk to the convention center. However, free breakfast was never available when I was there. I was told it was from 6:30-9:30. One morning I went at 7am and there was nothing out and the employees at the front desk had no idea. Stay less than a week and you can pay for housekeeping to clean your room.
