Property was within walking distance of Seaworld so convenient for us. Easily the poorest value for price paid of any hotel I've stayed at in the past 10 years; maybe ever. Our 1st room had standing dirty water in the sink and the sink drain plug mechanism was broken (couldn't drain the water). Trash and dirty laundry (towels/washcloths) still in the bathroom. Room was non-smoking but had obviously been smoked in. Requested a room change and staff readily/pleasantly provided one. New room not much better. Bent light fixtures... read more

DO NOT STAY HERE A few things from my experience. -The Smoke detector was hanging by wires from the ceiling. -Water coming from the sink was actually BLACK for a period of 10+ minutes before whatever issue was washed out and things returned to "normal". -The refrigerator was extremely loud making it difficult to sleep -Both toasters in the breakfast room were broken and since the only breakfast foods were toast, bagels, toastable waffles and yogurt this led to a very unsatisfying breakfast. Check in took too long, we had 3 rooms and the person on he counter was clearly a trainee, the manager mentioned that she was only assigned to the hotel temporarily and was not helping the trainee. They do not clean the room everyday and fotgot to mention that to us at check in, they did not clean the towels and said the drier was not functioning. They also "lost" a package that I sent to the hotel prior to my stay and refused to receive another one for me with no reason at all, they did receive some other packages. Breakfas... read more

i will never stay in this hotel again is dirty , the rooms smell and the bed is not in a good shape also the breakfast room is not clean , and the carpet in the hall need to be change is dirty and smell bad

Don’t stay here. We were there for only an hour and a half. The staff was friendly, yet they were speaking “openly” with other guest while checking me in. Upon getting in the elevator you are greeeted with an elevator that has seen its fair share of guest walk in and walk out, it could have been cleaned. Once we got to our floor, there is a musty smell, old carpet that is stained in several places.
