Upon check in the place smelled TERRIBLE, the manager checked us in, warned us hot water was out for the night and would be back on in the morning, she was polite. We went to our room, bedding was dirty (had food in it) towels were dirty, their was hair all over bathroom counter and such, we went to the lobby got fresh bedding, went to the store for cleaning supplies when we came back we saw roaches in the bathroom and our ankles were being bitten by fleas, we contacted expedia support but they were unable to help the first ... read more

The room was mostly clean, aside from several stains. The room smelled like leftover cigarette smoke. And overall it was a very uncomfortable experience. Good price though.

Worst hotel ever it is nasty smells bad and the people at the front desk are the worst

Several issues with the room. AC never cooled despite being set to 60. Bathroom had paint peeling off the plastic shower surround. Fire/smoke detector hanging off the ceiling by its wires. Room smelt terrible and i had to get a can of Lysol to take some of the smell away. I checked in just before midnight so they had plenty of time to check the room. There was even a note in the bathroom saying “checked by management”… clearly not, or not done well.
