Some pointed a gun in my face very unsafe experience

Front desk service was useless. They said they could not extend my stay by a dat because I booked through a third party vendor (Expedia). I Expedia and they were of no help either.

Extended Stay Sports was very disgusting and it stunk like dog and it had fleas in the room. The floor was very greasy and slippery and the bed flipped up when we sat in the end of the feet. It literally came up from the floor. It smelt like old cooked grease and it smelt like a backed up toilet . It was very dirty that we had to leave and rent another room at another hotel.

Nothing to like. My wife was bitten by a bed bug. We got a video of the bed bug and immediately showed it to the front desk clerk. The bath tub was also dirty and there were holes in the bathroom walls. The room number was 201.

The condition of the property is worn. Furniture is missing pieces, scratched, stains on counters. The carpet is worn and stained as well. It's all old. AFTER checking in, told we are on 3rd floor and no elevator and no other rooms available; people walking through lobby without masks, and not told to put them on by staff present. Oh, and the smell of marijuana coming in from the hallway was the icing on the cake.

Honestly I didn't like much about my stay at your hotel first we drove in and there's people hanging out in the parking lot there's garbage all over inside. Not to mention the huge Cockroach we found jumping on our bed which flew out of the alarm clock. Also the AC was being cleaned on the third floor which meant that we had to leave earlier than we planned on top of that there was a terrible smell on the floor. I will not be recommending this hotel/location to anyone nor will I be staying at this location ever again.

Really bad odor inside the rooms . No breakfast available . Not very clean.
