We did not feel safe to stay at this property. There were two buildings and the one we were put in had a door that looked broken into. The halls were dark and floors were filthy. We took one look at decided to go elsewhere. I attempted to cancel the rom but was unable. I would not recommend.
This property is clearly the older building of the two. I did not know there were two buildings to begin with so we walked into the first one and was told we were actually staying at the one behind. The two buildings are not clearly marked. The room was small, the floors were stained, the kitchen didnt come with any supplies. Dirty hotel Overall the place is in need of renovation and serious cleaning. My room had a water leak upon arrival. I will say, the staff was friendly. Looked into switching hotels, but everything was sold out, so I toughed it out.

Was a little dissapointed. The rooms were a bit dirty and had a bad smell. The continental breakfast was very poor. Wouldnt return to this property

Horrible, the rooms smell horrible and the hall, they never came to clean the room we stayed for 2 nights.

Dirty Checked into our first room and there werr trash bags around the room, counters had trash on them, towels on the floor. Second room we got was cleaner, but had a musty smell. We only stayed one night because we arrived in Orlando a night early, but if we had more time to find another hotel, we would have. Ill never stay here again!

The property was not clean and it needed maintenance. We did not enjoy our stay and we will not be returning to this chain of hotels.

Our stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable. First, the staff did not clean the room, second, they were doing remodeling and a lot of dust in the hallway of our room and there was not even a warning ad.
