The property is very close to the conference center which is convenient. There are 2 properties, 1 in front of the other, the other one seemed cleaner and more appropriate, the sports complex one was very run down, the hallway smelled so strong of cigarettes, I thought i was in a bar. The room smelled fine, no cigarette smell there. There was a half dead roach in the tub, but no other bugs seen.

There was not much I liked at this place I would not recommend it to anybody and I don’t think I would want stay there again

1st of all it said breakfast on the website, that's the first lie. It was a grab and go breakfast I was told from the front desk, a muffin and a drink. So we went down at 9:45 for it and was told it overs at 9:30. Next day we went down at 9:15 it was nothing there!! Not even coffee. The hallways were dirty and the room smelled like dirty wet carpet. Very disappointed in this hotel.

The common areas looked dirty. My room’s floor was sticky. I found a roach on the nightstand. The room had a kitchen but to plates, cups, silverware or pots. Really the worse extented stay I ever had booked.

Homeless Hotel Extended status have become nothing more than homeless hotels. The hallway smelled like skunk, the bathroom was moldy. We booked a room with a queen, got 2 doubles. Would never stay again.

Good location but hotel needs cleaning and updated The only thing good about this hotel and stay was the convenience of the location to my event. The building is not even marked with a name. We went into the building out front that was marked and were told to check in at the building around back. The showers had minimal warm water forget hot and very poor water pressure. The bed was uncomfortable. The floors felt sticky.
