Dirty and old, stinky room, Brekfast was aefull, basicaly half stocked ( cereal but no milk) Coffee Machine did not dispense coffee but hot water , etc. Tha staff was very attentive and helpfull with what they had but the facility was in general dirty, the room was dirty and smelly. Fridge Dirty, microwave did not have the glass turntable, etc. Would not consider this an option in the future.

Horrible Got a leak over the toilet in the bathroom. More like a steady stream that flooded the bathroom and leaked out into the kitchen. They blamed the two rooms above. Said they wouldn't rent those out until it was fixed. Offered to move us, but I was traveling with a disabled vet and his service dog and we emptied the car with all of our things from a move. Don’t stay here. Management was nice enough to cancel and refund our stay, but holy smokes is this hotel terrible. There were ants on the stove top, cockroach scooted across the neighbors door as I went back to my room.

TWO DIFFERENT PROPERTIES HERE SO TOTALLY PISSED, There are TWO different properties here, HOTELS.com doesn't tell you. Convention Center: 6443 Westwood is GOOD. Sports Complex: 6451 Westwood is in the back, is BAD!!!!!!! 6443 is nicer, has ice machine, pool, workout room. 6451 has "different management", has none of these, and your key card from the back property DOES NOT WORK at the front property. My bed was dirty with blood, the room and the hallway smell really bad and the hair dryer did not work. I would not recommend this place.

We got to the hotel around 1:00 am. We had to switch rooms due to the room smelling like cigarette smoke. Then the room number for the 2nd room was incorrect. Once we got into the 2nd RM carpet looked like a crime scene and part of it was wet. It smelled horrible, the room phone did not work. I had to use my cell phone to contact the front desk , the WI-FI did not work and no cleaning service provided.

Like: Very well trained staff and very courteous. Dislike: Inside of property is care-worn at best and needs general maintenance and/or renovation.

The hotel needs major repairs, it was very disappointing to see the state of this property. Even the staff stated that the property was in desperate need of repairs. The carpeting seems to need immediate deep cleaning. The faucet in our bathroom was running during the entire trip and we were just told all the bathrooms have this issue and need repairs.
