Staff was very rude. Had to have a discussion with front desk about needing an additional towel. Reported the first night that the shower had a leak and water was always running on the tub, nobody addressed it. Stayed 3 nights and the included breakfast got worst everyday. Each day they had fewer items than the previous day. By the last day your only options were toast with butter and bagels without cream cheese. Didnt even had milk. Their was life bugs on the bed then they switch me to another room we’re also their dead bugs on the bed and the towel Breakfast their is no milk no juice no bread that’s was 8am the breakfast will done at 9.30 they said all gone

Old, worn room; not clean. Great front dress staff tried to rectify situation.

Disappointing trip The hotel room had some sort of smell. When we requested that please switch the room, the attendant told us that he has rooms with two singles but their rate is higher as our booking rate is only eligible for single queen. The coffee machine was broken in the breakfast and there was no one insight to service.

I hated my stay. My boyfriend and I were there two days. No one came to clean the room or bring clean towels/wash rags. After complaining to who I’m assuming was a manager, he informed me that rooms are cleaned every 7 days and I was supposed to bring the dirty/used towels and wash rags down in order to get more. At check in, I should have been informed about that. Plus the stairwells smelled of smoke, and the lobby had a funny smell to it.
