Elevator was super slow, found a roach crawling on my food on the counter, door wouldn't open several times after using key card, sketchy people throughout the building, but there were also cool people too. Front staff was responsive though.
I called to confirm the reservation only to discover that when we arrived to the property that the room we purchased was unavailable. The front desk lady blamed the online people for not calling the local attendant to confirm availability. Horrible!

Long term tenants not so good at keeping to themselfs

Poor refund/cancelation policy Made an error booking by selecting the wrong day. Called hotel 10 minutes after booking to cancel and was advised I needed to contact Hotels.com. Contacted Hotels.com and was advised they were unable to reach the hotel and I would have to wait 24-72 hours. The next day I was advised by Hotels.com that they contacted the hotel and “fought” for flexibility but unfortunately the hotel refused to stray from the STRICT cancellation policy and would not issue a refund. Very poorly handled!

It is just horrible. Old, smelly, and just uncomfortable. I checked out 10 minutes after checking in. This is NOT a decent plane to stay at.

The floor was not level and the kitchenette was not in good condition There were not enough towels for showering
