terrible place carpet super dirty full of stains how much will cost to wash it?

Where do I start? -HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -THE ROOMS ARE SO DUSTY AND DIRTY ESPECIALLY THE FLOORS AND I DONT EVEN THINK THEY CHANGED THE BED SHEETS… (I stayed in two different rooms and BOTH were exactly the same in terms of cleanliness, regardless) At first I considered this place to be a good deal and was neutrally happy regardless the negatives, until they treated me so poorly, I was shocked honestly…they definitely need to learn that saying “you never know what someone is going through so be kind”

No coffee pot, kitchen had nothing in it (pans, utensils, paper towels, dish rag, dish towel, etc.). No hand towel for bathroom. Floor was dirty. Bed pillows were flat.

The room had sheets that were bloody and covered by another sheet. The pull out bed looked unsanitary with a small mattress that wasn’t big enough for 2 people to sleep in. I had to find another hotel room because I didn’t feel comfortable staying at the establishment.

The bed was not of great quality. Bathroom, kitchen, and living room space was not anythong to brag about. Refrigerator door was damaged. Just felt dirty.

They should be ashamed of how dirty this place is and how it keeps running. The toiled broke and there was water all over the floor. There was no people in the front desk and the door was lock. I try to call customer service and the phone in the room didn’t work then when I got a hold of someone he was rude and was expecting for me to clean the mess.

Doors was locked once we got there my three kids and all our luggage’s was out side trying to figure what to do next for two hours (1am) we are new here and had a long flight to not have a place to lay down n receptionist was really rude and didn’t not want to help and told us we can’t get our money back
