Their profile on Expedia says they have "Breakfast Included", WELL, we found out in the Morning that NO, there is NO BREAKFAST, the ONLY offer Coffee, that's it and nothing more. Also, they allow pets and so there was a lot of Barking Dogs in the rooms in our hallway and also outside in the Parking lot were people Smoking and with their Dogs pooping on the Parking Lot and not cleaning up after them...HELLO! Not managed very well.

Booked two rooms. Upon arrival in the evening was informed that they only had one room and the rest were either occupied or dirty and that thebseclnd rolmnwpuldnt be available until the next day.

The hotel staff was super friendly, however I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The carpet felt crunchy under my feet. There were spots that just felt grimey throughout the room. The bathroom had dated fixtures and spots that looked scuzzy and gross. Lastly the hotel hallway just smelled. I am not one to write bad reviews ever, but I was super thankful to get out of that hotel as soon as possible. Gave away our room. Took us three hours to find another one.

Not for short term stays. The bed was hard and we had a rough night sleep partially because of that but mostly because of the dog a few doors down barking all early morning starting at 2 am, called the front desk and it stopped for about 40 minutes then continued until we finally got up at 6, when checking out the dog barked when we walked by the door of the room it was being kept in, apparently the dog had “separation anxiety” but the owner still had no problem leaving it alone. The room was not very clean and we requested it be cleaned during our 3 night stay. It never was. The ‘breakfast’ was convenience store muffins and granola bars.

Crack head hotel Sorry but there were crack head people staying there. Our room wasn’t ready and the manager was not customer service oriented. He never made eye contact with us.

The water was turned off for almost and entire day and the manager Kim was dreadful. She was rude and disrespectful. Not a pleasing experience at all.

Never again Never again. Only stayed because my a/c was out, the room barely worked. Overall condition was dirty. Parking lot had several broken down vehicles. The bed was like a cardboard box with springs. Horrible.
