Room smelled so bad I couldn't sleep. The hotel was run down. The room smelled so bad I couldn't sleep. The sheets were scratchy. And they apparently do not just give you toilet paper as a courtesy but you have to specifically request it. You have to ask for dishes, silverware, coffee machine by piece. Felt like a prison. Ugh. I've heard other Extended Stays are nice but my experience at this one was so unpleasant that I won't go to another:(

The room was not clean and it was smelling so bad. There was a fridge working very loud makes you wake up during sleep.

Is this a hotel? Our room had no coffee maker, no soap or shampoo, two of the thinnest pillows I’ve ever encountered, a cute little kitchen area with no plates, silverware, ... it advertised a breakfast that was a basket of granola bars and a vat of coffee... I definitely do NOT recommend! Thankfully, we were just traveling through and only needed a quick place to sleep...

Would never recommend to anyone My husband and I booked this hotel to stay at after a wedding, to avoid driving an hour to mesa. We arrived around 10pm and the front desk woman, Trisha was any5hint but hospitable. When I asked about our reservation, we were told we would be lucky if they had a room left because we needed to check in by 6pm to avoid our reservation being cancelled. Can’t recommend this place Everything about this place is less than mediocre. Late checkin was terrible. Rude desk clerk... after waiting forever for him to show up. Room smelled like smoke. Moved & bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was marginal. Will not stay again and wouldn’t recommend.

Toilet broken, day room smelled of cigarettes Very overpriced room for the quality. Would not stay there again. Staff was pretty much disengaged but polite. Rooms were old and smelly. Continental breakfast consisted of store bought muffin and coffee.

Never again.Hotel room was a disgusting petri dish I will never stay there again and I am sharing my experience with family and friends. I rented a room with two beds so my daughter and granddaughter could stay with me so we could spend more time together. I would not let my granddaughter stay in that environment. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! Arrived @ 5:15pm on the 1st night & 5 people were waiting in line as no clerk was to be found. She finally came about 10 mins later. When it was my turn to check in, I was told that there was not a room available & to come back in 45+ mins. A few mins later, she magically found me a room. Yikes They were out of everything. Cable was not working properly. The staff was heard cussing on their cell phone. The place was dirty. Not a good stay.
