Dirty bathroom with old soap still in shower, food and fingernails on the floor- nobody swept. Dirty blanket- wasn't a stain because it came off when I used a wet wipe on it. On top floor and elevator didn't work each morning so I had to lug the kids and everything down the flights of stairs. At check in the front desk guy was rude and complained about how many people he had checked in and how many he still had to go. 2 night stay Room was not ready. Waited 40 minutes. Air did not work. Asked for help. Moved to another room. Still no air. Returned next evening no one had cleaned room. Still no air. Morning staff sleeping in coffee room. Hated it.

Ok for working family Walls were paper thin. Every night woken up by fighting and yelling in room next door. Had to ask for the empty coffee urns to be refilled every morning. Staff was responsive to any requests. Uneasy about the massive amount of personal information I had to give when we checked in. I have stayed in well over fifty hotels world wide and never had to supply the volume of personal information as for this hotel.

Dirty Dirty stinky place. We arrived late and when I’m husband went in to check us in the first desk guy said: what do you want? And my hubby said he just want to check in. The entire place smells terrible the room was dirty the towels looked so worn out we didn’t even shower. The people next door had a party till 5 am :/ Terrible stay terrible conditions

Maintenance and cleaning Some minor repairs are needed, Holes / dents in walls, sinks drain very slowly. Cleaning needed grease dirt hair, on window sill, top of a/c unit, top of refrigerator (very bad), kitchen exhaust hood,mold on bottom of shower curtain, some dust in corners of desks and nightstands. Carpet needs cleaning or replacement when you walk barefoot to the shower black dirt comes off your feet in the water.

STAY AWAY!!! Broken beer bottles all over the landscape. The lobby smells like urine. The woman in front on the night shift should be fired. In the next room they were throwing a party loud music, fighting, at midnight she told me to call the cops because she isn’t “risking her life” for us to tell them to be quiet! Crazy. After refusing to give us a different room we left. Which didn’t seem to bother the front desk since she was having a party of her own in the lobby. Needs lots of TLC! Check in delayed because room not ready. Lobby floor needs cleaning. For daily rate price hotel was very, very disappointing. Would not recommend!

It was not close to the place l was going and diff The smell was very bad for me and pls remove that note that say no change of sheets after seven days.
