주방시설이 있는 숙소 숙소에는 주방시설이 있어 편리합니다. 그러나 주방용품은 비치되어 있지 않고, 요구 시 유상으로 대여합니다. WiFi는 되나 password가 맞지 않아 직원에게 문의하니. 안내번호만 알려주고 문제해결을 못합니다. 동일 문제를 호소하는 사람도 있었습니다. 헤어 드라이가 없어 요구하니 시간이 많이 걸립니다.
Location and convenience No matress pad on bed. Sticky stuff on the sides of the faux leather chair. Request for washcloths gone wrong. Coffee ran out on the breakfast bar before 8a.m. These items brought to the attention of the staff with nothing being done. Redeeming quality was the location. Tried to add photos...well you can take photos bur not post photos previously taken. I am no longer there! And this review times out.

Not happy sheets not clean we called and complaint no use

Over priced and disgusting Took 20mintues just to check in, got to the room immediately noticed how dirty it was. The bed had dirty sheets, floor was not vacuumed, and the shower was filled with hair and other unidentifiable fluids. Had to clean the shower myself, called and asked for new sheets, left the room for three hours, came back and still did not have clean sheets on the bed. Do Not Stay Here The hotel and room were filthy. The toilet had garbage, toilet paper and urine in it. The sheets were stained. The room smelled horrible.

Cheap. You pay for what you get. Staff was nice and friendly. Upon initial check-in the room assigned was not cleaned up and ready for a new customer. The room was adequate but very noisy. Plumbing sound was horrendous, sound insulation from above and accompanying rooms were non-existent. The most surprising item was that the room is NOT cleaned each day. Disgusting Room was dirty, trash still in the room, and bathroom not cleaned. Waited in lobby for 2.5 hrs. to finally be assigned a room at 5:30pm

Filthy Room Upon checking in at 10:30 pm we were told that the hotel was over booked and we would need to wait about 20 minutes for the room to be clean. Upon arrival to the room the window was open and the street noise was very loud. In the bathroom there was dirty hand grime all over the sink and countertop. There was crumbs on the dresser and table.
