I was not able to stay because I was told there were no rooms available. However, the hotel managed to charge me the cancellation fee.

Unprofessional I called ahead of time to let them know I was going to be checking in late (probably after midnight) due to traffic. Lady on the phone stated they were overbooked and my room was unavailable. After some checking she was able to find another room that somewhat met my needs. Upon arriving the lady at the front desk was unwelcoming to say the least. The entire hotel reeked of urine and smoke. My room was dirty, I was given a second room and that one was dirty also. I ended up leaving to another hotel in Tolleson AZ instead.

There was blood on the bathroom door. The entire building smells awful. From the elevator to the hallways and even the room. Even though it is supposed to be a non-smoking area it still smells like cigarettes. The highway is right outside and you can hear almost every single car drive by. People need to be responsible and pick up after their pets so that’s not really the property’s fault. Bed and furniture seemed flimsy, no closet or safe.

My internet was week and i never got message about price and ability about booking and we never went there and stayed in different hotel but Expedia charged my card for that extended stay America select .
