Extended stay. Did not honor hotels.com. lost out the money i payed. Waited a week to be told to wait longer for refund. I doubt i will get my money or points i used back. It's a risk staying at Extended stay.

Just the worst Just the worst experience - and on top of it all this place is the seediest you could imagine. For starters on my prepaid reservation: There is a giant sign out by the road - FOR A DIFFERENT BUSINESS. No "Extended Stay", it was something else. This is a busy one-way, I thought I'd mis-remembered the street number or possibly name, and drove on (at 11pm on a Saturday) looking for it. No Extended Stay. Front desk was rude and not friendly at all. Bed sheets were dirty (not stained). Rooms are very small. The walls are thin can literally hear the person in the next room breath- let alone anything else. Has a kitchenette but not utensil. The area is surrounded with homeless people walking around facility at all hours of day/night. Definitely not a kid friendly facility. Can not have any sort of delivery to this location (food etc.) No pool. Have to pay to get clean linen. AC did not work and made super loud noises. Pictures ... read more

Rough area/property. Entire property smelled like a mix of industrial strength cleaner and urine. I knew it was relatively cheap, but expected much more. There was a "linen fee" on top of room rate which was only a couple dollars a day but seemed like a very sleazy way of getting a couple extra dollars.

This property is not a hotel. It is an extended stay facility. The desk person was rude, there was no maid service for the 9 days we stayed. Had to return towels between noon to 7 pm to get clean ones. The floors in our room were so filthy we went and purchased cleaning supplies to avoid desease. So many rules to follow as a guest it was ridiculous. Should NOT be advertised as a hotel. Very disappointing. Also took several days to receive our deposit for a room we had to clean. Stay away Nasty hotel, I booked this place bc it had a kitchen. If you In the kitchen stuff you need to bring your own.The hotel makes you pay to use what they have onsite. You hear couples screaming and yelling at each other. Floors haven’t been mopped in months. Not worth the money, We ended up checking out 4 days early
