I stayed here for 10 days and did not receive any room service at all and when i arrived the room was not properly cleaned and the sheet's and the mattress were dirty and damaged and i didnt get a mattress change also the front desk was always unattended and when you called for service theyd take very long.The building say's no smoking and it smells like smoke all over if you are looking for somewhere to stay i do not recommend here i thought the price was fair but i suggest you spend a little bit more for a better stay.

In regards to housekeeping it is our policy that we do room cleaning once every fourteen days. As your stay was only 10 days you would have not have received housekeeping service. As typical with extended stay hotels the front desk operates on limited hours and the Guest Service Representative handles many tasks that may take them away from the front desk.

The customer service sucks and the lady assumed i was smoking in the room and i didn't she was very disrespectful and rude and this issue ihad was they took my id so i can borrow the plunger to unclog the toilet but couldnt get it returned to me until 10 am that's just crazy thwn i had to clean the floor again while i was doing that i noticed how dirty the entire shower/bathtub were it was so lame so after i did all this she then kicked me out was very rude i just sorted all the dirty clothes im a smoker

it was horrible, the front desk people had horrible attitude & my room was filthy when i came. when i left my hotel , there was people inside my hotel room without permission. this hotel was ridiculous!

The beds were uncomfortable, sink was in operational cuz of plumbing leak. Had a kitchen without dishes or cooking utensils.

Stay away unless you are comfortable with drug use and being approached by people in the parking lot asking if you have any drugs to sell them!! Stay away if you are not keen on moldy floors and graffiti on the walls and blinds in your room.

Property was very nice but smelled a little weird. Staff was rude from the beginning and made you feel like you were in haul instead of a guest
