We stayed Saturday- Monday . Downfalls , before we could rest I had to run to the store to get cleaning sprays and wipe everything down I even had to mop . The place was not dirty but it was beyond dusty . I put my clothes in the sink and they were brown from dust . We were in the 4th floor . My son was in the middle of taking a bath when our water got turned off . Our first use of toilet and it got plugged . Than when we asked about it they said it was in process of getting fixed . Never again Black woman at the front desk was rude, and a Bully....Only one way in the building and only 1 luggadge cart....Would not recommend to anyone that once to enjoy there visit to phoenix

This property is not a Hotel, it is a long term residential facility. They provide no services, such as room cleaning, or extra towels and have no amenities such as a pool or a lounge or any complementary breakfast. When asked about room cleaning the response was "We clean rooms every 14 days." If all you want is a place to lay your head at night and no additional frills. this is the place.

So short handed, service was bad Check in took 35 minutes, not to count for moving stuff. For the 4 floor hotel there was only one cart to move luggage, and the cart was nowhere to be found. I guess due to shortage people took it before needed and keep in the room. The front desk lady had to use a remote device to walk around and make the bell attached to the cart to ring to find the location. Terrible Management Rude, unaccomodating manager. Cigarette butts everywhere. Ridiculously high prices for their cooking and eating set ups. Room was fine however. The nasty personality of the manager who lied several times make this a property to avoid.

Was kicked out for smoking, not told it was not smoking . Had been there 12 days. No refund given for last two nights of my reservation there were 3 ash tray in my room.
