DO NOT STAY HERE! I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. To start, the front desk staff was very rude and the room was not clean when we entered. The floor was sticky and it reeked. The smell of marijuana was overwhelming so much that I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff. Upon making them aware of the smell they refused to do anything about it unless I could use my nose to tell them exactly what room it was coming from.. REALLY? From the moment I arrived I had a sour taste about this place. The front desk was closed (6pm) I called for assistance, the guy was not friendly at all. I greeted him, he didn't greet me back. Once we got to the room, we pulled the sheets back and there was hair in between the sheets. The bed was so uncomfortable. I could feel the middle bar from the frame that the mattress was sitting on. Unsatisfied I was traveling for a softball tournament. My son was injured at school on Friday and changed our plans to travel that next day. I called and explained the situation. The agent over the phone was understanding and compassionate. He called the hotel and made the changes for us to check in on Saturday instead I explained we still need the room. Dear Fatima.... without reservation information I am unable to answer specifics. Any change to a third party reservation has to be changed through the booking agent. If the reservation isn't changed then a penalty fee is one night plus taxes. Additionally if it is a prepaid then the reservation is held until 6am local hotel. If the reservation isn't checked in it will cancel at that time. I do apologize that you experienced this and would encourage you to reach out to your online booking agent.
This was the worat experience of my life, there was ant all over the floor when they climed up the sheet into the bed i asked for new sheets etc they told me i couldnt have them until after 3 i went back after 3 they told me i couldnt have any until the room was gonna be cleaned i stayed 3 days and not one person came to clean the room i slept without sheets for 2 days ! Ignorant My was at this hotel for 4 days and then asked to leave because of an ankle monitor he was wearing. Hotel said it was against policy when asked to see the policy we were told we will refund your remaining days please leave. The hotel isn’t that well kept, they discriminate against people and are ignorant as all hell. Don’t waste your time or money with this hotel.

Not quite sure of statement. With that said we have posted at the front desk to pickup the courtesy phone and dial 500 to reach the attendant on duty should the office be closed or the Guest Service Representative is away from the desk assisting other guests. Typically there are times that the Guest Service Representative will step away to assist a guest and you will find the office closed.
Not for Vacationing I was not prepared to stay at an extended stay. For anyone vacationing ... I do not recommend it. All you get is a room. You do everything from getting your own towels between 4p - 10p to taking trash out to dumpster.
