10 days The place is in a pretty bad neighborhood. Lots of vagrants. The front desk staff are ambivalent to your needs. While most are friendly the front desk is not. On day 7 of a 10 day stay that I prepaid they said I owed more money and almost kicked me out. It wasn’t until I showed them the money removed from my bank account that they finally acquiesced with reservation to my receipts. Will never stay there again. They nickel and dime you everywhere.

Mr Tooley we reviewed your folio and found that you will billed correctly for your pre-paid stay. We did see that you charged incidentals to the room and paid the security deposit that was refunded to you. As an extended stay we find that most people that stay with us prefer to bring personal items along because they are staying for an extended period of time. Our rooms are priced accordingly so that you can pick and choose what amenities to add to your stay.
Make sure to clean the room. Also make sure the toilet is working perfect and not loose and leaking

Didn't like anything, room was dirty, cabinets looked like they were about to fall off 1st night there tenant tell me staff go thru his stuff and steaks his med's. He tell manager .....and they just say oh well stuff happens. People are camped out in the parking lot who don't even live there. No one pays attention to "quiet" hours and no one does anything about it. Extended stay "HAH" bring all your own stuff cause they don't even give you forks let alone plates unless you wanna pay extra 15$ for it. Free wi-fi..... might as... read more

We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay. I can assure you that we take all accusations of theft employee or otherwise and do the proper investigation. As an extended stay we do not provide the items you mentioned for several reasons-- we find that our guest that are staying long term like to bring items from home that they are most comfortable with, and to allow us not to charge for the items to keep our rates at the best value.
