Room was OK, but had trash on the floor near TV (very obvious candy wrapper). MORE IMPORTANT was that there was no Toilet Paper in the room. Had son go the night desk to get a roll, and night clerk said "none available". I went to desk and said "find some" by pulling roll from unoccupied room. Took another 5 min to get a roll. Serviced basic need but dismayed that there was none in stock. Was also a card in the room saying the manager had checked the room... BS statement on card put there by housekeeping, or just incompetent... read more

Hallways were a bit dirty and fixtures in room were worn and outdated. Rooms need to be updated..

It was clean. Room was big. Excellent size kitchen. Had good size sleeper sofa. Only issue was the TV. No channels came on but was too tired to care.

Had to switch to another room because shower was broken...then the new room there was dead stink bugs lots of trash under the beds tables needed to be wiped off from the crumbs, junk left in the cabinets

Shabby room. Verify reservations for pets. We chose this place because it's pet friendly. There was a small area to walk the dogs and bins to toss poop. The check-in was a mess! I called in advance to indicate we were traveling, but the hotel had no record of the conversation. Then they tried to charge $100 for 2 dogs for 1 night, twice the advertised fee.
