Once we arrived at the hotel, check in was smooth and the receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. We got to our room and it was very spacious; two full beds and a pullout couch, this was large enough for my family of 5. It wasn't the cleanest room I had been in , I saw spots on the floor and the vacuum job appeared to be rushed with little pieces of debris in the corners of the room. However , it served its purpose, we just needed somewhere to stay that was close to King's Dominion which was only a 25 minutes trip away.

Not bad It was ok. Everything is very outdated and when I turned the exhaust fan on over the stove, foil pieces came out of the vent. I didn't notice it at first and hope that none of it ended up in the food. The room however, was comfortable and mostly clean. The staff, especially Ryan, was very friendly and responsive.

Kudos: I had loud kids there and received no complains from management or any guests as far as I know. Walls are thick. Lame: Dirty dishes in the dishwasher when I got there. No coffee maker in the room, which was weird for an Extended Stay America. Rate was good for the room size. I'd stay there again.
