With my family The instalations aren't clean, and the staff are very 'impersonal'. The litle breakfast was not good. The towels were old and heavy.

December 2017 Stay This was a convenient place to stay to the Innsbrook / Short Pump area. For the price it was adequate an located in a secure area. There is only coffee and breakfast bar in the morning.

Decent hotel for the price. The hotel was competitively priced but they could use some remodeling in the hallways. Also they listed a continental breakfast, but had none and a sign that let you know they were out of coffee and creamer. That was what really sealed the deal for me.. no coffee!!

Hotel said they offered continental breakfast, but was told by employee they ran out of everything but oatmeal packets and coffee.

Sleep Only The inside is rather dark - both the room and the lobby. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen and furniture we're outdated. Front desk was friendly.
