Check-in was frustrating, with no one at the front desk “after hours.” Had to call a number and wait for someone to come down. Condition of the property is poor and outdated. There are basically no amenities that you’d find at typical newer hotels, like breakfast. There was no hot water when I arrived around midnight, and upstairs neighbors were not courteous. The staff was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. They banged on our room door during checkout time. When I talked to the manger to ask why the staff was so rude, she then gave me attitude for asking why and slammed the desk gate in my face. My cousin found two roaches as well in our bathroom. For anybody reading please do not choose this hotel. You will be definitely disappointed.

The property was fine the problem was no hot water, no iron in the rooms, no customer service until 10am and being charhed twice although i had a prepaid reservation!
