The property was fine the problem was no hot water, no iron in the rooms, no customer service until 10am and being charhed twice although i had a prepaid reservation!

They kept my $100 over a few items left in the refrigerator. Thats ridiculous. I would not return and/or recommend this place to anyone.

Property was not clean.Booked for non-smoking room. When we went to the room, opened the door, and the reek of smoking in the room was horrible, the room had not been cleaned, no comfort on the bed ,pillows were just thrown around the room.They put us in another room,in a few minutes front desk came and said he gave us the wrong room, and had to move us to another room.At least that room didn't smell of smoke.I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

Rude customer service employees was very rude and online it said they had available rooms and when arrived wasn’t none available and room was paid for

Didnt like that rooms weren't cleaned on a daily, so pests seen and didnt like that linens weren't replaced unless washed myself or once a week
