I paid $97.00 with tax for this dump. The picture's that baited me into picking this hotel was not the product I received. Where do I begin? The hotel has a musty smell and has the feel of a police sally port on entry. Check in took about 20 minutes waiting for the transient to pay her rent a few weeks ahead. The clientele at this place is shady. When I went to the room I found a thick layer of dust on the blinds, the stove was dirty, and my confidence in a sanitary room was serverely questioned. Never will I go here again The beds in the double queen is horrible they are made of a cheap frame feels like it’s gonna break. The floor I’m my room was sticky and the shower had no water pressure

Horrible. This place was horrible. I came into a filthy room. The front desk is closed at 7 or 8pm. You have to call a number to get someone to come to the front desk. I waited 45 minutes for that. They offered to clean the room for me but I didn't trust this place. I hope I get a refund. I ended up paying 280 and staying at the casino. Avoid this place

Don't stay here. Just don't. Room wasn't ready even by 8pm. Only 2 housekeepers showed up that day. After cleaning, room was still dirty. Parking lot needs security guard. Hotel is in dark wooded area. People loitering. Place was dirty. Our windows actually had fake "bullet hole" stickers on them. No coffee pot. No hair dryer. The only thing I have positive to say is that the housekeeper who cleaned our room was very pleasant, as was the check in clerk. Nightmare at Woodsprings Shreveport We booked this hotel for a softball tournament a week in advance through hotels.com. Thirty minutes before our arrival we got a phone call saying they were overbooked, however, when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk, gave us a room anyways. The room was not ready when we walked in. No sheets or blankets and the room looked dirty. We told the clerk and he said he would take care of it. After our return, still nothing had been done. I like that the place looked clean but truly it wasn’t. There were roaches in the tub and in the room. I had to sleep in my car. I could not get a refund!
