My wife and I were disappointed because of the small bed for two people and lack of personnel at the front desk. We will never return to this hotel!

The room was dirty and falling apart. The first room given was not cleaned and being used. The second room was cleaned but still dirty overall with burn holes in sheets and blankets. The staff was not professional. The entire hotel was unclean. It was so bad that we didn’t even stay but went somewhere else to stay. Very unsatisfied.

Unsafe and not family friendly.

The room was dirty. I was told the rooms would be cleaned every 2 weeks. If I wanted clean sheets, and they were not clean to begin with, I had to remove the sheets and take them to a room for clean sheets. The toilet seat was so old, the paint was gone. The tub was dirty. The floors were dirty. The kitchen was dirty. Worst hotel stay ever.

This is bad hotel i ever stay in you all should never put any one in there no towel no room servie i paid you all and they made me cash when i get there you all over me my fund back

Small Bed When you walk in the door and look at your bed which it supposed to be a Queen but it’s a full. How in the hell ppl supposed to sleep in these bed which it is suited for one person.

I didn't like anything about the property, wish I would have stayed in the Motel 6 instead. Desk person was not helpful and had a I don't give a damn attitude. Worst bed and mattress I ever slept on, county lockup was much better. Going back to Shreveport next week and will be at the Comfort Inn, this was the worst...

Bathroom toilet was on it last leg literally! Beds felt like box springs with sheets over them! I could barely move when I finally got up! Check in was an absolute disaster! Had to call a number then wait for someone to come! It took her at least 30 min! I’ll sleep in my car before I stay here again!! Despicable town!!

I didn't even stay at this property. First, the parking lot was sketchy and i had a difficult time even finding the front door. The front door actually looked like the back door. I then waited for 5 mins for someone to even think about checking me in even though they saw me coming in the door. They chose to ignore my phone calls to the front desk when the shade was pulled shut and just let the phone ring while they were looking at their phone.
