The remote control to the TV was missing a battery. We called the front desk but we couldn't hear them so had to go downstairs to report. They brought a new one afterwards. The beds were not comfortable at all. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off. We learned the next day that someone had burned something. The phone was dirty. Well I arrived prior to 10pm and the desk was already closed even tho they close at 10pm. I could not reach anyone for a few phone calls to check in. I finally talked to a young lady who said they will right there, 10 mins almost and a young man reeking of marijuana waltz in and won’t make eye contact, can not talk much or doesn’t want to, who knows. This property wasn't like you advertise, the manager on duty was unprofessional we did have towels or no remote control for the TV all we could breath was weeds also went was ready to check out it wasn't know one to check out
Not what I expected I booked this hotel because it was a great price cheaper than all the other area hotels especially it being 4th of July weekend. The pics showed me a nice comfortable room on the website. That's not what I got when I checked in. The bed was horrible. Not comfortable at all. It felt more like a motel. I didn't feel safe here at all. The front desk wasn't hardly there and I didn't see any security. I notice some people live here and I wouldn't book here again.

We stayed here while passing through for one night. This hotel was dirty. It smelled like smoke (both kinds) and was disgusting. This is the kind of hotel that people live in. The front desk is only staffed until 7pm so checking in was not the most convenient. Checking out was even worse. The air conditioner had a water dripping sound all night long so we didn’t sleep well and the beds were broken.

This property is not represented well in its photos and description. It is a roach motel at best. The room is functional but not nearly as nice as the photos depict. There are multiple people living here full time from the looks of things, not just long term stays. The staff is barely there and the lobby phone is required for any interaction with the company after 7pm and before 10am on weekends.
