Not what I expected I booked this hotel because it was a great price cheaper than all the other area hotels especially it being 4th of July weekend. The pics showed me a nice comfortable room on the website. That's not what I got when I checked in. The bed was horrible. Not comfortable at all. It felt more like a motel. I didn't feel safe here at all. The front desk wasn't hardly there and I didn't see any security. I notice some people live here and I wouldn't book here again.

We stayed here while passing through for one night. This hotel was dirty. It smelled like smoke (both kinds) and was disgusting. This is the kind of hotel that people live in. The front desk is only staffed until 7pm so checking in was not the most convenient. Checking out was even worse. The air conditioner had a water dripping sound all night long so we didn’t sleep well and the beds were broken.

This property is not represented well in its photos and description. It is a roach motel at best. The room is functional but not nearly as nice as the photos depict. There are multiple people living here full time from the looks of things, not just long term stays. The staff is barely there and the lobby phone is required for any interaction with the company after 7pm and before 10am on weekends. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA FOR THIS HOTEL. They will not honor that booking. I got there with a confirmed paid Expedia booking for one double bed non smoking room. They said they didn’t have it in their system but found it on Expedia. They made me pay their $100 deposit despite having already paid on Expedia and they didn’t have any non smoking rooms available so I got put in a smoking room and it was disgusting.
