Definitely wont be staying there ever again Its a studio room. The refrigerator smelled funny. The trash wasnt changed, the tub was dirty, the sheets were stained. The stove wasnt clean and we saw a roach. AND WE PAID $75.00 FOR THAT CRAP. we shouldn't have about 35 cause that was all thst it was worth

The front desk clerk was very friendly...But the didn’t work and there was roaches in the corner of the bathroom took pics so I could show them to the manger

The room wasn’t ready upon arrival. I did not like that there’s no one there after a certain time and you have to use a phone to be serviced I did not appreciate that my key never worked from the start then coming back and both my my keys wouldn’t work. The room SMELLED AWFUL like some sort of chemical. I couldn’t pinpoint where the smell came from but we had to purchase an air freshener just so we could tolerate enough to fall asleep. On a scale of 1-10 I’d rate this entire stay at a 3.

Roaches!!! And weed smell!!! The young lady that checked me in was nice but the hotel was horrible!!! I checked for only 30 minutes but didn’t stay...as soon as I got on the elevator I saw roaches and as I entered my room I saw baby roaches crawling all on the microwave and in the room and the hallway smelled like weed.I asked for my money back and they had the nerve to say they don’t do refunds. I will be calling the general manager about my refund and I will be reporting the to the BBB(Better Business Bureau).

Expedia and this hotel stole my money because Expedia booked an overbooked hotel, left me without a hotel room and would not refund my money. Furthermore, Expedia’s contact staff is located outside of the US and does not speak fluent English. Will never use them again and am disputing my credit card charge.

Horrible stay. Traveling with wife and baby. Booked a 2 double bed room and upon arrival they tell me that they don’t have any and all that they have are a smoking room and a single double. seeing as it was 10 pm we went with the single and i slept on the ground. All this after driving a moving truck across the country.

Help This was truly a horrible experience for my family and I. The rooms were roach infested and there wasn't anyone on the grounds to speak with until the next morning. I'm trying to reach out to the corporate office to request a refund.
