Me, my husband and out two small kids booked this hotel 10 min before arriving. Upon arrival we noticed a bunch of people out in the cars just randomly sitting around some walking around the property. We felt very unsafe and uncomfortable to even go inside. We called the front desk to explain what was going on and see about getting a refund. They directed us to contact the company we booked through to get the refund. Ran out by bugs We showed up and 3 police cars were there and it was the 3rd time they were there. Went to the room and bugs were crawling all over the bed, walls and floor. We left, i wouldnt let my family stay in such terrible conditions.

Floors & bugs The room was fairly clean for the most part. There was some crumbs or something still left on the floor under the bed and under the heater- a/c unit. And while we were laying in the bed we started noticing cockroaches were starting to crawl down the walls and floors.

The front door didn't shut so 15 to 20 people walked in as I was standing there Trying to check in and the lady just let them in without checking the room had bugs in it
