They cancelled my room 6 hours before my arrival time. Had to find another one. Very rude staff member there.
The floor was dirty.
When placing our reservation online, we were unaware this was an extended stay hotel. There wasn't a dresser, a closet, an ironing board or iron. There wasn't even a hair dryer. The beds were absolutely the worst, most uncomfortable. The heat unit sounded like a pac man life ending when turning. The people upstairs were rearranging furniture ALL NIGHT LONG. The sound of slamming doors never stopped.

It wasn’t clean , it was very dirty and not what the pictures showed
The room had bugs. They don’t give you extra towels or clean your room. Not even shampoo or normal things you would have in a normal hotel. I will not be staying there again.
It was terrible. Roaches was everywhere, cops and fighting every night, partying and loud music til morning and the management is right there drinking and partying with them, and management are the rudest. I will never stay there again.
IT WAS LATE WHEN I CHECKED IN, THAN WAIT 30 minutes for someone to show up at the desk to actually check you in, than get to the room and the AC took literally another 30 minutes to finally come in and than never cooled the room off. Stay just sucked and woke up more tired than I went to bed.
