We arrived at 10:30 after a long drive. We had to call for front desk staff, people were hanging out in the parking lot and a visitor propped the door open. We had to ask for extra towels because there were 4 of us. No shampoo or conditioner. The whole place stunk like cigarette smoke. If it wouldnt have been so late i would have complained and left. Ridiculous for the price

If you check in after 8 pm you have to call and wait for them to come to the front desk because it is closed. Kids yelling and screaming and bouncing off adjoining wall at all hours of the day and night. Room was clean but very noisy.

Don't stay!!! Roaches and fleas everywhere. Hard beds. Yuck

Unique to the property hmmm.....worst smell I have ever encountered. Oh yes, could not count the number of stains on the bed linens.

We would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I believe these type of places are for people who travel a lot for work and need a place to stay for a certain amount of time. The rooms have a kitchen and full size fridge. There’s practically no lobby. The check in it’s a weird small entrance with one window to check in at. Check in does need to be more specific about what guest can ask for at check in I stead of walking back and forward since there is no room cleaning service you ever see. I wish I had known that people stay here for months at a time and pay $40/night. The price I paid for one night ($135) should have at least included hand towels and a box of tissues. I reserved a non-smoking room, but the entire facility reeked of smoke--rooms, hallways, elevator, entrance, porch. Sonia at the front desk was kind, but there's no fixing the real issues. There was nothing suite-like about these suites.
