Worn down. Sheets and blanket felt like sand paper!...... had to close bathroom door to get in the shower because the toilet was in the way... holy smokes! Small!.... I stay only at hotels that serve continental breakfast in morning! They offered granola bars and coffee!!!! Eventhough Expedia said there was breakfast. So overall expensive night for nothing comfortable!

When we first walked in the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke event though there was a no smoking sign. While we were waiting for our key one or more individuals came down that looked a little rough. I believe one person was not wearing shoes. The elevator looked old. The room didn't have a pen. There was not a coffee machine. The bathroom was fine but there appeared to be gang signs written inside the bathroom. The TV didn't have that many channels and the reception wasn't that great. We stayed in a suite that had no glasses in the "fully stocked" kitchen. There was no phone to call the front desk, my husband had to go back to the front desk to ask what the wifi password was. The room was a no smoking room but someone in close proximity to our room was smoking ALOT!

Absolutely filthy and disgusting! I stayed in room 201 and the shower curtain rod was pulling out of the wall, the toilet seat was broken, and the room was dirty

To much money for no basic necessities. Not good. Not one glass plate nothing that was considered basic necessities . Not even a working clock. Ask for one (clock) they hand me one still in the box instead of taking it to the room and or putting one there in working order in the first place. I will not stay there again.

Braden was the only saving grace to this property. The hallways stink, the website promises amenities that are not provided, we were put into a room with a frig full of old stinky food and no remote and no bath towels, accommodations had to be made because housekeeping had not cleaned the requested VACANT rooms the first night and then a prepaid room was sold out from under one member of our party leaning us with not enough beds to fulfill the needs of our family who had traveled from many directions to be with a dying relat... read more
