The property was old and not comfortable. The only chair was by the door so that the people in the parking lot had a clear view. My memory of this stay was completely negative!

They sent me to a room that maintenance had to be working on (I have pictures)! Went and told the front desk she had an attitude. The next room the TV didn’t work called the front desk she said “just turn it off and on”. I got tired of complaining and just told myself never again

The room was not cleaned well - many of the surfaces were dirty. When I asked for the dishes and utensils that were supposed to be supplied, the clerk said I would have to carry them up myself because she was there alone. I had to make 2 trips, and the things she gave me were not clean either. I don't think anyone had ever cleaned the coffee maker. The furnishings were shabby and the bathroom door was cracked. I'll never stay there again!

Workers are so unprofessional I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here, not even a rock stay here. There is a guy with dreads that so nonchalant to any issue we have. They expect us to know everything and also why u let him work if he can’t take the frustration of the company issues. He takes everything personal and if that’s the case do not work in customer service. He threatens to not give me my hotel key and everything.
