Don’t stay here! We were charged by both hotels.com and the facility and now have to despite thru the cc company. It was filthy! Had to wear socks to bed as the floors were disgusting.

This hotel smelled like smoke EVERYWHERE, sheets looked very old or dirty and the room had dirty, sticky floors. I would NOT recommend here even if it’s to save a few bucks!

Cleanliness lacking Cleanliness of the hotel was inadequate. The hotel's elevator smelled of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette buts were in the elevator and outside of it. The stairs and walkways also were icy and almost caused me to fall.

Check in took an hour and three different rooms because of non-functioning keys. Dog barking all night; guest screaming and slamming doors all night.

The staff is largely incompetent. I sit in the office waiting to check in while staff is smoking. Young man with a winter hat clearly has a motivation problem

there was a dead cockroach in the bed and an old meat sandwich in the microwave. both disgusting.
