Bad Experience!!!! Experienced was aweful. Tv didnt work also phones didnt work. Front desk associate was notbhelpful at all. Will not be staying here again. Bad customer service. I requested for a refund.

The property was not that clean at all. The carpet was dirty in my room and the bathtub was not clean. The tv remote did not work with the tv. I tried to stop there a couple of nights a week because I don’t like driving all the way home. But I had to keep getting up out of my bed to change the channels which was annoying. I would like a refund for my stay

Furniture in the room was broken down. The condition of this property pales in comparison to the Extended Stay America that I stayed in last August. When I arrived, I told the clerk that I had booked the wrong Extended Stay America. I had booked two nights and asked to change for the second night but was not allowed to change. The neighborhood is questionable maybe as I was threatened by two thuggish men when I was on my way to speak with the front desk clerk. Very disappointing experience.

Terrible management at 11872 Lackland Road in St. Louis. They kicked out my homeless friend today, 1/16/21 in the snow because she was an hour late making her payment. Then the manager black listed my friend at ALL the Extended Stay America locations. I offered to pay for a week upfront for my friend and the manager wouldn’t accept the payment and told us to leave. Light fixtures were missing bulbs, hole in bathroom door, roaches crawling in tub and the heat only blew out cold. Yes it was a last minute stay still expected better than that. Chairs had stains on them as did the floor woke up feeling horrible this facility needs a complete shutdown deep clean and exterminator.

Gross, Dangerous Area, Filthy Where to begin... people were smoking pot on the stairwells every day. The cabinets had old food inside. A couple of homeless people broke into a room and the police came. Countertops were dirty. Tub backed up. Carpet left dirt on my socks. And bags of trash sat in the middle of the main walkways for over 72 hours. I thought booking a different EStay we'd have a better experience...not the case.
