Cat in my room My husband and I were awoken at 4 am by meowing in our room. There was a cat under the bed in our room. I’m allergic to cats this caused me to have watery itchy eyes and breathing problems. I called the front desk the attendant tried to get the cat out of the room. She was unsuccessful and we ended up having to change rooms at 4 am. The next morning I had a charge on my card for 27 dollars. Staff was very nice and excellent but the rooms were not up to my standards of where I would like to stay. Good for others but not me.

Poor management poor attitudes I stayed at plenty of extended stay hotels from Chicago down to Birmingham I stayed at this particular location plenty of times I never had any problems til I came to st louis people in stl have some real attitude problems checking in should be a breeze but in stl if you end up with a bitter hotel clerk or manager checking in will be complicated they will add rules and say that it's policy I stayed at plenty extended stays including this location I never had to drag my girlfriend out of the car... read more

Manager was super rude. They took over 2 times more than the cost of my room off my debit card then told me they never received payment. Me and my small child was kicked out the next morning due to their system error. Found two roaches in kitchen area. Will never stay here again.
