Terrible. Dirty. Outdated and left in middle of night

Didn’t stay. Travelocity reservation was not accepted for second room (2 rooms were booked and confirmed). Had to stay at another hotel, as Travelocity customer service was unavailable to resolve issue, and has not responded yet to my inquiries (3 days later).

I had reservations at 3:00pm smoking and got there 2:45 or room was not ready at 3:00pm once we got a room non smoking the tv was broke they switch our room and the room was unsatisfactory it was a mess and the first room had roaches in it I will not be returning ever

Never again Walls are paper thin - TV next door on all night and into the 4-5 am time. Other side had guys outside their room drinking and smoking until midnight. Never again, called front desk and they did nothing. Put tissue in my ears and tried to get som sleep. Couldn't wait to get out of this place.

I like the property from the outside very nice but inside the rooms was very messy and disturbing with an awful Oder

Bad Rooms was not good carpet was dirty as if they hadn’t been clean countertops had roaches on the countertops didn’t quite know the difference between The extended stay America and extended stay plus, which I heard is much better. will not stay here again

Usually i always have a pleasant visit at Extended Stay thats why i chose this one and then by it being in Brandon which is one of the nicer areas i assumed i couldnt go wrong, but this visit to this location was not satisfying.
