Customers were loud, room was smelled like mold and cigarettes, walls were thing so i I could hear everything

Not again. The receptionist was great! The rooms not so much!!! The rooms smelled of heavy smoke and cover spray, the floors were very sticky. We switched rooms 4 times before we found one where we could tolerate the smell. The bed was very very used, pillows very thin, the tub had rust all over. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but I checked out after the first night and drove back home instead.

THE PLACE IS A DUMP ! The young lady at the front desk was nice but, EVERYTHING FROM THERE WAS ALL BAD !!!

Do Not Recommend This hotel was quite the experience for a “home away from home” stay. We would definitely not be returning to this location again. This Extended Stay America was conveniently located near the highway, the bed wasn’t to bad and the front desk attendant was pleasant, she was able to assist us with a late check in due to our arrival time. It’s unfortunate that the cons outweigh the pros for us. We requested a “non-smoking room” and our room wreaked of cigarette odor pretty bad. Luckily I had my Lysol spray with... read more

The room was not clean, not even a shower curtain. Overwhelming cigarette smell. I asked for a non smoking room. Will not stay there again.

My room was roach infested

Avoid this hotel! The room was disgusting. Like absolutely filthy. The sheets were stained. The shower was dirty with hair and mold. The carpet was dirty with what looked like melted crayon on it. They do not offer housekeeping unless you pay $10 a day extra. They make you walk to the lobby to get clean sheets and clean towels. They don’t have anywhere to dumb the trash, so I ended up putting my garbage in the fridge to keep down the smell, but of course that did nothing. The day before leaving the roaches showed up!
