Smoke filled room for a non smoking hotel

Worst Hotel of my live .Nasty and really old this hotel is disgusting, it stinks of cigarettes, everything is old broken, it looked like a hotel from horror movies. the bathroom super old all rusty the power outlets with signs of having burned the rusty shower, I don't know how they can rent a place like that . We would never return. We left at midnight, we could not resist the bad smell or the ugly and old room. A disgusting Hotel they should close it did not have anything pleasant. the worst hotel I have ever visited

Room had a very bad odor. We left immediately. Waiting for refund

Smells bad Cigarette horrible thank God Only stay one night and in the bad room I found 3 cockroaches No way

Booked on Hotels.com and they said that they could not see that I had paid...so I had to pay twice.

Disgusting Dirty and Moldy We checked in and checked right out same time

We booked a room and showed up to check in and was told there was no room available. We ask to speak to a manager but the manager refused to come out. They refused to try and do anything to help us out or make the situation any better.
