Decepcionado El cuarto super sucio y con olor a humedad y a cigarrillos, pedi que me cambiaran y la persona de la recepción con poca educación me dijo que no, que eso era lo único que tenia,le dije que no me quedaría ahí y me dijo ok,no me buscó alternativa, en fin termine pagando otro hotel mas caro en el área, llame a hotel.com para cancelar y la persona que me atendió solo me preguntó mi nombre, le dije lo que me paso y me canceló la estadía equivocada, y por ese error mi familia se quedó sin hotel ya que cuando ellos lle... read more

There were some roaches inside.

Sheets stained, carpet stained, thugs hanging out outside room...left immediately, did not remain in room after seeing all of this! REFUND!!! I would rather sleep in my car than to stay at this property!

Worst hotel room ever. Do not recommend. Worst stay ever. I have booked a room with 2 double beds, but they gave me 1 double bed. When I asked the receptionist, he told the room with 2 double beds is not available. this is ridiculous, then how was the booking got confirmed in hotels.com. He gave me a roller bed which was horrible. Room was not clean at all and has dirty smell. It has a kitchen, but no cookware. Don't stay in this hotel If you have kids.

Stay away if you can afford somewhere else Hotel is dirty. Room was in terrible condition. Towel rack in bathroom falling off the wall. Bathroom door rotting and warped. Floor was sticky and dirty. "Kitchen" cabinets were rotting inside.

It sucks I left early do to bad condition.. not for travelers..wouldn't return.

Horrible My sheets had Uribe stains. I realized this after sleeping on them. My clothes and bathroom supplies were stolen while I was gone for the day. They also refused to give me clean towels because it was past hours to do so.no one there seemed to be bothered by the issues above. When I called the front to ask about my items that were stolen I was told to call the police
