Checked in late in evening, within an hour checked out, due to bed bugs and roaches in room. I notified front desk immediately to check out and get a refund. I would not recommend this place for travelers. It seems to me that it's more of a monthly stay for those that are homeless. Rooms are old and have bugs, bed bugs and roaches. Refund was submitted immediately!!

Employee told me i would get a full refund for a mistake that i made booking one night instead of the other i went and then manager told me and expedia that they would charge me.

It was infested with roaches! I could not stay the night there and when I asked for my refund the lady said everything was brand new in that room and she didn’t understand why but then I showed her the pictures of everything rusted plus the roaches and she said OK here’s your refund. Which was never given to me I had to call Expedia because she lied ! Had to get a hole other hotel that same night because this place was horrible!
Couldn’t stay I went to check in and discovered my driver’s license was missing. Aside from the stress of not being able to find my license, they would not check me in without it. I had my car registration, my work picture ID, several credit cards, etc, but they wouldn’t help. The room was prepaid and I still had credit cards they could keep on file to protect themselves. There was just no attempt at all to be helpful.

The room wasn't bad or the Hotel the bad thing about it is that it wasn't cleaned properly. It's a non-smoking room but there were cigarette buds under the bed and a lot of dust, and ashes.
