Dirty feet. The room was not clean. The floor was absolutely disgusting. My feet were filthy from walking on it. I’ve never had that happen. When I got there at night I did not feel safe. Had people saying things to me. I will never stay at one these hotels again.

El dia antes fui a la propiedad, y al siguiente día en la mañana también para asegurar que estuviera listo. Cuando llegamos para hospedarnos nos dijeron a las 3pm que la habitación no estaba lista que tenia que esperar hora y media para que la arreglaran y que la hora de Check in es una aproximada que no están obligados.

I had originally reserved a stay at a different property and it was horrific. Due to that I found my way to this hotel. While not as bad as the other- this was only a few steps up. The GM was very pleasant and accommodating. The rest needs a major overhaul, a complete deep cleaning and replacement of standard items. Housekeeping needs training on how to see items that need attention. With some big TLC this COULD be a nice property. I couldn't bring myself to stay. The stairs and outdoor corridors are so dirty. I saw guests hanging outside their rooms as if they were in a public park. The front desk staff was not welcoming. I couldn't get a refund and I was fine with that. There is no way I was going to stay there. Besides all that I already mentioned, I also felt unsafe.

Disgusting Someone else's urine was on the toilet seat and blood on the sheets. The horrible smell hits you so hard the moment you walk in the door it made me gag. There were enough stains on the floor to constitute a CSI investigation.

Close to the shopping mall and the movie theater. The room doesn't fit the price. It's not clean outside the property or in the room. They have people hanging out in tge parking lot and in the stairs. The room That i was in was in had a extremely large hole in the bathroom door, plus the shower curtain was dirty, with burn mark, and the shower head was wrapped in black electrical tape to stop it from leaking water. The microwave was dirty, the leather chair had cuts on it, and the room had a very weird smell to it.

Horrible experience! Booked the room to cook in the room. Stove didn’t work and $40 worth of food was ruined. It took around 10 minutes for shower water to get hot. Roaches, dead and alive.
