Filthy and Smelly, Worst place to stay Stayed 2 night with my family. This place is a total dump. Filthy carpet, Bad odor and smelly room. Worst beds and sofa. People were swearing and screaming outside mid of the night. Would not recommend any one to say here. Only one good thing I can say is the receptionist was nice. But the property is totally junk.

It was run down and not taking care of had roaches in my room and the floors are so dirty that they turned the bottom on my feet black

Lobby locks at 10pm. Had to use outside phone to contact someone in order to check in along with another guest. The bathroom sink faucet was severely corroded. Poor quality considering the high price.

I did not end up staying, I checked in got my key and went to the room. It smelled like smoke as if someone was smoking in the room and it was not comfortable smelling stale smoke. I went back to the front desk and asked for a full refund since I will not be staying in the room. They assured me since i requested a refund within the first hour I will be fully refunded.

They gave away our room and was rude about informing us at checkin.

Horrible experience Me and my wife stay at extended stay Brandon was horrible. Starting with customer service it was absolutely completely unprofessional. The room that I thought I was going to be getting based on the picture is absolutely not so. The room had a nasty feel to it. Not clean I checked in. Went to my room. The floors were nasty. Tub/shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. Turned around and left. Place was to nasty to stay in.
