The property was roach infested. It definitely needs updating. Also homeless people were hanging out around the building.
I arrived at the hotel at 7:15 pm and the front desk said they were overbooked and they did not have a room for me, even though I had reservations, they said the room was only garantee if I had arrived before 6 pm. I was not informed about that prior.
A lot of roach
This is no place for a vacation. It is used as a residential property & people live there all year long. No new linens without a fee! No kitchen utensils with a fee! No cleaning your room without a fee! Don’t do it!
The room wasn’t in good condition like they presented in photos.
The services terrible I’m make my reservation and when i arrived the hotel I don’t have nothing the person so rude to talk
