No hot water for the whole first day after check-in. We had to wait more than an hour outside as no one was available in the lobby after midnight late checkin due to flight delay. Such a terrible experience, I had to wait with having my kid and elderly person in my family, I will never come to this place again. Very dirty room, no shampoo, no conditioner, no body wash , not even enough towels.. They should refund my money or reimburse partially.

Sorry I was there even once, but not again Room was very dirty, cockroach’s all over, filthy bathroom. Sat on bed to take shoes off n bed bent down to floor! I actually fell off the bed. Thankfully didn’t get hurt. Don’t know if it was a frame issue, that’s what it acted like! The toilet when flushed made a buzzing sound for several minutes. Carpets were filthy. Non smoking room smelled like smoke and halls and stair case smelled like marijuana. Room also smelled like mold.

Want second hand smoke? the room smelled like someone had just smoked weed in it. I killed a roach and hair on hand towels. the staff was nice to change my room smelled less but more like cigarettes.

Terrible Hotel was digusting, floors look like they have never been cleaned. Smelled terrible. Had dirty bath water still in bathtub. Water was off staff wasn’t very helpful.
