ROACHES. literally three live roaches in my room.
Roach hotel. Roaches everywhere
Aucun service , pas de cafetière , pas d’ustensiles de cuisine, pas d’ustensiles, aucun ménage de la semaine pas de papier de toilette et beaucoup de bruit la nuit énormément
The room had roaches!
I asked to see the room that was being assigned to me once it became clear that this property was more of a kennel than a hotel. The staff member "refused" to let me do it and said to my 71 year old face "I am cancelling your reservation because I know you won't like it here". I am not kidding. Doesn't get worse than that. Except if you read other reviews, she may have done me a favor.
cockroaches In the Room, smells terrible outside, problem in the shower,hallways dirty. Not Good
We check in and check out Rm 258 was infected with roaches nasty and dirty. This is being reported to BBB and department of health I have video clip.
