No rags in the bathroom, no iron or iron board in the room. Never had that issue at any extended stay hotel before

I'm going to put this on Google as well , just to warn others. My family and I checked in here I'll admit a little last minute due to home renovation issues, if I'd had known how unkept and how much of a scam it was I would of turned around . This is NOT. A hotel , this is low income housing. ROACH infested low income housing, the pest control devices in the room DO work , however the infestation is ever present and you will notice during your stay. Nasty Roaches everywhere room was dirty no hot water no cleaning service told me at the front desk extra towels were $1.75 each, we were there for five days no clean sheets were available.The room keys had to be redone everyday to get into room.Do no stay at this Extended Stay of American.

No shampoo , roaches , tv remote didn't work smells like cigarettes smoke ac isnt cooling so not a great stay
