If I could I would request a refund wasted money, did not even stay in the room booked a different room at a different location. Walked in the room and seen a roach in the AC crawling, walked in the bathroom and there was a dead roach in front of the tub. Hotel needs to be fumigated.

Gross Service - waited 10 minutes before someone even came up to the front to check me in and not very friendly on top of it. Dealt with a different person when checking out and she wasn’t very friendly either. Room - had a terrible smell. I lifted the toilet seat up and a swarm of flies came flying out. Found a cockroach and other bugs. Everything was run down. I tiny bar soap provided and nothing else. Water took forever to heat up.
