I asked to see the room that was being assigned to me once it became clear that this property was more of a kennel than a hotel. The staff member "refused" to let me do it and said to my 71 year old face "I am cancelling your reservation because I know you won't like it here". I am not kidding. Doesn't get worse than that. Except if you read other reviews, she may have done me a favor.

We check in and check out Rm 258 was infected with roaches nasty and dirty. This is being reported to BBB and department of health I have video clip.

Disgusting This place was disgusting!! As soon as we walked in there were roaches on the table & the restroom!! There wasn't a smoke detector in the room. We ordered food & soon as we sat to eat roaches started cooking out of the microwave!!! This place is nasty!!!! Don't stay here!! It was so bad we left at 2am. I wish I could get my money back!
