Just a really bad experience

At the time I made the reservations, I requested 2 rooms next or near each other as we were there with my elderly parents. Staff in the back office made fun of me making comments that I had to be "near my mommy!" Our rooms were on opposite sides of the building. No big deal except that I had to walk back and forth a lot. Our room was ok, at best. There was one small round bar of soap. No shampoo or a blow-dryer. There were towels. Also, no coffee maker in the room which was a kitchenette. Mold around dirty bathtub,outlet in bathroom didnt work,floor filthy, smelled aweful,bugs in room,entrance door not sealed,cardreader didnt work most of the time,the only good thing was staff was very friendly, slept in our clothes on top of bed would not do this again,aweful
