The property is dated and not kept up. The pictures are misleading. Cigarette butts and trash in the stairwells. We didn't even stay the night. Mildew ans rust in the bathtub. Musty smell throughout. When we checked out 10 minutes after arriving, the clerk didn't even ask why. Barely acknowledged us.
Filthy the floor where not carpeted was sticky and where there was carpeting there were huge dust bunnies just in middle of floor. The bathroom tub hardware was rusted and sharp so I could not shower. The woman who checked me in was not at all friendly. I slept with my clothes on for fear of bedbugs. Checked in late in evening, within an hour checked out, due to bed bugs and roaches in room. I notified front desk immediately to check out and get a refund. I would not recommend this place for travelers. It seems to me that it's more of a monthly stay for those that are homeless. Rooms are old and have bugs, bed bugs and roaches. Refund was submitted immediately!!
Employee told me i would get a full refund for a mistake that i made booking one night instead of the other i went and then manager told me and expedia that they would charge me.
It was infested with roaches! I could not stay the night there and when I asked for my refund the lady said everything was brand new in that room and she didn’t understand why but then I showed her the pictures of everything rusted plus the roaches and she said OK here’s your refund. Which was never given to me I had to call Expedia because she lied ! Had to get a hole other hotel that same night because this place was horrible!
